Pricing
Products offered for sale by Elemental Equine are priced in Great British Pounds Sterling. Customs or import duties due for when your package reaches its destination country remain your responsibility.
Made to Order Items
Due to the nature of the saddlery parts sold by Elemental Equine all leather saddlery parts {e.g. seats, flaps, panels etc} and those saddlecloths with personalisation are non-returnable. Please refer to shipping cancellation and returns policy for further details
Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)
